Fantasizing about laying in a hammock with fruits and nuts hanging at arms reach all around you?

Come learn about food forests with Jonah Neumark, who has been designing and implementing food forests since 2009.

What is a food forest, you may ask? A food forest is a garden that provides many plant yields including fruits, nuts, herbs, perennial vegetables, and medicinals. It is designed to mimic a natural forest ecosystem, with the many structural layers such as canopy, groundcovers and vines, only using edible and useful species. It is also designed to be as self-regulating as possible so minimal work is needed for your garden to thrive.
