Laura Beach – Full Interview

This is the full version of A Historical Perspective of the Food Services at Concordia University: An interview with Laura Beach. Laura discusses her experience with student activism as well as her research on how to implement sustainable beverage services at Concordia University. Between 2008 and 2012, Laura co-founded Tap Thirst, organized a demonstration to oppose the signing of the Pepsi contract, worked to ban bottled water on campus, and was the Concordia Student Union representative on the Board of Governors of Concordia University.
