Waste Not, Want Not Food Festival!

Concordia University’s Waste not, want not – Compost collaboration is BACK for yet another edition of its beloved FOOD FESTIVAL on January 10th, 11th, and 17th!

As a means of educating the community about the importance of composting, the Food Festival aims to empower Concordia University members to learn about how composting works and to engage folks to take part in helping Concordia University secure a more sustainable composting system.

Every day, we will be serving the following sustainable, organic, and local FOOD:
– Popcorn (White Lightning Organic Popcorn)
– Brownies (Hive Café Solidarity Co-op)
– Apples (Hive Café Solidarity Co-op)
– Bananas (Hive Café Solidarity Co-op)
– Coffee (BRING YOUR OWN MUG)
