Winter fermentation – Let’s preserve the end of the season vegetables, come make squash and krauts to enjoy throughout the winter.
RECIPE: Various seasonal ferments

We will enjoy delicious samples at the workshop!
Participants will take home a jar of preserved vegetables.
COST: $20 (please register in advance)
