Sacred Sites: The Shambhala Buddhist Community

Join the MFSC as we explore Buddhism with the Montreal Shambhala Centre! The Shambhala path was introduced in North America by its Tibetan Buddhist founder Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche in the 1960s.

Come learn about the history, beliefs and practices of the Shambhala Buddhist path, including their emphasis on mindfulness, meditation and compassionate living!
