Introduction to Fermentation Free workshop

Season jars members will share their knowledge about fermentation, explore the science behind this traditional food preservation method and reflect on how communities can work together to build a sustainable, healthy and resilient food system. We will collectively prepare a batch of Beet Kvas and everyone will have a jar to take home!
Please bring your own jar. If you do not have a jar, we can provide you with one for 1$.
