More and more people are discovering the enjoyment of growing your own shiitake mushrooms at home, on balconies, in gardens or really anywhere plants don’t get enough light! Caring for, fruiting, and cooking shiitakes is really so much fun for all ages. So come and learn a ton, have some fun, and leave with…..your own shiitake log!!

I will be sharing all I have learned in my 10 years growing shiitake logs outdoors.Though it is a lot less time consuming to grow shiitakes than gardening with plants, to succeed with giant harvests of fresh plump mushrooms requires some deep knowledge that only comes from years of experience. In this workshop I will share with you all the key concepts and lots of tips and tricks to avoid years of frustration.
