For this bubbly workshop we will talk about different recipes and methods for preparing fermented drinks, also keeping and caring for different kinds of cultures. We will sample different batches at various fermentation stages to encourage experimental understanding about the fermentation process involved in making these naturally fizzy sodas.

If you still want to participate but cannot cover the cost of registration for any reason, please e-mail us to work out an alternative.

Workshops will be mainly given in English, mais nous encourageons les participantes a s’exprimer en francais.
