This event is supported by CSU and will be offered as part of the Concordia Anti-Consumerism Week for FREE.

Season Jars members will share their knowledge about fermentation, explore the science behind this traditional method of food preservation and reflect on how our food choices can promote anti-consumerism and resilience.
We will collectively prepare a seasonal fermented recipe and enjoy delicious samples at the workshop!
Participants will take home a jar of seasonal ferments!

This location is located up one external staircase, it is unfortunately not accessible to wheelchair users, if you need help getting up the stairs there will be someone on hand to assist you. There are gender-neutral washrooms in the basement and the second floor of the building, neither are wheelchair accessible. If you require childcare, please contact us 48 hours in advance. Please contact us with any accessibility needs, and we will do our best to meet them (ibahar@csu.qc.ca // 514-848-7474 X 8904).
