For many of us, the thought of coming exams can cause a feeling of dread and foreboding. Whether you are studying for CEGEP or for a PhD; we can all relate to this feeling. There are many herbs out there that can help us during these mental (and often physical) demanding periods in our life. This hands-on workshop is aimed towards the beginner-intermediate herbalist and focuses on herbs easily grown here in Quebec. The workshop will be divided into three sections, each focusing on a different system or body part:

Nervous System: What herbs that can soothe frayed nerves, calm our minds and allow us to finish exams smiling

Immune System: What herbs can keep us healthy when the whole family has a cold.

Brain Booster: Here we will make a tincture to aid memory and mental clarity using local plants. EVERYONE TAKES ONE HOME!

Our own selection of Quebec grown herbal teas will be offered throughout the workshop.
