Microgreens and sprouts are incredibly nutritious, delicious and can be grown at a minimal cost! It`s the perfect food to grow year-round in a Montreal home.

Come join urban farmer and Four Seasons growing coordinator Charleen for a presentation on how to plant, maintain, and integrate micro-greens into your daily diet.

Bring your own container, and you will be able to plant your own ‘quilt’ of multi-coloured microgreens to take home, and eat in 10 days!

We will be sampling different varieties throughout the workshop so that you can discover which ones are to your taste.

We`ll also inspire you with some next level micro-greens projects, like decorative root art, creative plating and suggestions for bold coloured micro-greens to try out.

FREE – everyone welcome.
Jar sprouting kits will be available for purchase – $5.00 per jar.
