FULL – Grow Your Own Food – Indoors!

An overview and demonstration on how to farm in any environment, during any season.

We will discuss why Pinterest mason jar herb gardens and similar projects are not practical, and go over design friendly, inexpensive ways to actually produce enough food to enjoy consistently.

We will cover the importance of sustainability and using food safe materials, and provide a demonstration and product list for attendees to easily create their own practical systems at home.

We will also go over artificial lighting and the importance of using the correct color temperatures for growth.
