For this bubbly workshop we will talk about different recipes and methods for preparing fermented drinks and keeping and caring for different kinds of cultures. We will sample kombucha, water kefir, ginger bug allowing participants to sample batches at various stages to further their understanding of the ferments they would like to have at home.

Workshops will be mainly given in English, mais nous encourageons les participantes a s’exprimer en francais.

Unfortunately, the kitchen space is not wheel-chair accessible. It is on the first floor of the building with a dozen steps to reach the front door.

There are two gender neutral bathrooms on the second floor of the building.
